A slender lioness made her way toward a rock that sat near a watering hole, she jumped onto it and laid down with her head on the edge so that she could look into the water. As Shadow looked at her reflection in the water she saw something else after a while, it looked like her father. After seeing that she turned around and looked off into the feilds around the watering hole, relaxing.

Sama, finally waking up from a slumber yawned and streched out inside Pride Rock. Seeing his nephew Aki was still asleep he thought he'd get some exercise. "Ahh the water hole sounds nice" he murmured to himself running to it. Finally after a few minutes he roared, grabbing onto a vine and jumping into the water. Finally coming out he shook his mane drying it chuckling to himself. He was just all fun and games in some hours.

Hearing a splash near by Shadow saw a familiar lion come up from the water. She decided that she could use some fun and ran toward the watering hole that Sama was in, she ran and grabbed the vine that hung near by and did a lion cannon ball into the water. She swam up to the surface and looked at Sama "Hey Sama" she said happily

Sama looked up, seeing Shadow he smiled. "Hello Queen Shadow..." he greeted "Nice day for a swim?" he asked laughing. Sama was always being a ball of fun, even in his cub years. He could just never grow out of a part of his cubhood. "I would've brought Aki but he's asleep" he laughed "Aren't I a bad parent?" he joked with sarcasm in his voice.

Shadow smiled. She loved to be around Sama, he was as much fun as her mate Isoba. "Why yes you are, leaving him back home while you are here having fun" she said sarcasticaly. The brown lioness smiled and swam over to the edge and onto the back shaking the water from her pelt. She padded over to a rock and laid on it her eyes on the Lion before her.
