It is a wonderful site that is just getting active. Yes it is a rpg. It has many lands that males and females can rule. You can even start allinces and start wars. So there are many things you can do at Silver Island.

Dragon Mountain
Once apon a time there was a group of Dragons. They each hold one element light, air,water, earth, ice, fire, and dark. Then they had children and their children's children had children. One day the darks, earth, fires thought they where better than the light, air, and ices so they where divided. Their at war even though the 14 dragon gods have past on. One more thing the humans have been hunting dragons for thousands of years. Your number is slow lowering with every death. You are needed. Will you join the Evils or the Brights you are the one to pick. So join and stop the war, save your species, and live your life as a dragon.
So come in and join. There are no members and it is closed down b/c it's new. So keep looking back to see when it's open.
