The war between good and evil begins today
The necromancer has returned. Malevolently planning the demise of everyone around him. Using Darke Magyk, the Young Army, and an army of his own, the necromancer plans to claim the title of Extraordinary Wizard, and king of all magyk.
It’s the job of the current Extraordinary Wizard to keep all Ordinary Wizards, and non-magical people safe from the necromancer. As Extraordinary Wizard, the person must be able to rule the magykal world at any cost of their own life. But how far can you go when a Darke Wizard is on your tail, wanting you dead. You can’t just go on pretending everything is normal, you must build up an army of your own.
And then there is the king and queen, the non-magical rulers of the world who are affiliated with the Extraordinary Wizard. But how can they help the Wizards when they have a problem of their own? Their daughter, the princess, is out on her own fairy tale with the necromancer’s apprentice, a young boy more into romance than magyk. How can the king and queen live up to the fact that their daughter is falling in love with their enemy? And once she’s run away with him, how can they stop her?
So he’s the ‘proud’ apprentice of the necromancer; but how proud can you get? Secretly, the boy could care less about destroying the Extraordinary Wizard, and would like to focus more on his own fairy tale with the princess…
The end? Not quite yet. The Young Army, or the boy army that no one really enjoys. But how could you? You are signed up as a baby, and begin training as a toddler. Though what can they expect, they’ve never seen the ‘real world’. But now that the necromancer is in charge of everything, they want to live normal lives. They want no part in the conquest of the Extraordinary Wizard. The necromancer is desperate to make a large, intimidating army, and agrees to give them normal lives, but only after they’ve fought this war for him. After all, they are an army.
And there’s still more::
Knowing the necromancer is after them, the Extraordinary Wizard has taken an apprentice to train. For seven years and one day the Extraordinary Wizard has committed herself to working with this teenager. But is there enough time? Not knowing when the necromancer will strike, the Extraordinary Wizard has rushed along the training of her apprentice, but will it be good enough? She knows that with an apprentice, the apprentice becomes the next Extraordinary Wizard after she dies, but while trying to keep her apprentice a secret, will she be able to concentrate on making an army to face the necromancer, and take her position back? Or will she die failing?
Now this is where you come in to decide. Who will be the next or continuing Extraordinary Wizard? How will this end? There are places to be filled, wizards to be made, sides to be chosen. Who will you be?
Welcome to the world of Magyk
