I have, with my intelligent-ness-ess, thought of a new and improved karma system, ,much more pawn than the last one cause there wasn't even one in the first place.
Here's how it works:
Definition of Karma
- it's your ladder to power. The more karma you have, the more likely you are to be accepted as a staff member or even requested to be a staff member. How do you get karma? By service and work, and anything talented who find about you.
Requesting/begging/spamming for karma will only lower it. Now we shall cover the details.
How to Lose Karma
Tch, I'm so evil that I'm making failing an option.
You can lose Karma by:
-Not Listening
-Breaking Rules
-Begging for Karma
-Geting Warnings
-Saying Taboos
-Abusing Power
-Being Offensively Racist, Sexist, and a Jerk.
How to Gain Karma
Service, talents, whatever. The worth of the services are rated either High, Low, Medium, or ?
-Advertising For Us (Go to Affiliate Section and select Advertise Us For Bribes! thread) Medium
-Affiliating With Us (If you own a website) Medium
-Getting Us An Affiliate Medium
-Getting Us Members High
-Being a Tattle Tale Medium
-Reporting Bugs Medium
-Reporting Offense Medium
-Promoting Dilemna(Talking Good) Low
-RolePlaying Like God Low
-Helping the Community (You need evidence and votes) High

Q: How much Karma do you need to become a staff member?
A: Depends. Your staff application does NOT depend on Karma. Karma is like extra credit so it only helps. However, like extra credit, if you have enough, it may support your entire grade.
But in all, I'm guessing 60+
Q: What if I'm like a graphic artist and I'm new to the forum?
A: I'll interview you.
Q: What if I don't wanna be a staff member?
A: You can pick any artist to be added to the playlist at anytime or you can get your own private box on the side bar.
